Organic White Peony is from the Fujian province of China and is also known as Pia Mu Tan. Only the youngest unopened buds and the most delicate shoots are picked. The young leaves have a nutty flavour. You can tell what a top grade White Peony Tea is by how many Silver Needles are in the tea compared to leaf. Clear pale cup with a fresh aroma and a smooth nutty flavour.
